Pricing
All prices in Australia include GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) for orders delivered within Australia. Prices for other countries, any further taxes, import duties and the like will be the responsibility of the receiver in their country. Prices are subject to change without notice.
There is a minimum order of AUD $50.00 plus delivery cost for standard display reflective prints.
Turnaround and Delivery Times
The turnaround time is calculated from the time when all images and full payment is received to the time you receive your order in your country. The international couriers used by Prolabworld are despatched from Hong Kong.
The general turnaround for Lustre and Gloss prints is 1-2 days lab time. Lab time starts the day after receipt of images & full payment. After lab time, we estimate 3-4 days for courier time to your door. The average turnaround time for these print orders is 5 working days in standard areas. Additional 1-3 days can be expected for regional areas. The average extra time for metallic and Ilford BW prints is 2-3 working days. The turnaround time for duratrans depends on size of order and if proofing is required. For duratrans a turnaround time is generally discussed prior to order. Turnaround times are a guideline and cannot be guaranteed. In the unlikely chance an order is lost or misplaced by courier or post, Prolabworld will refund any money paid or resend the order after a period of 20 days from time the original order was sent by courier or post. Courier or postal delivery times and cost may vary for regional areas (outside main cities) in all countries.
Damage to Orders
For any orders damaged in transit, Prolabworld limits its liability to reprints and may require that damaged prints to be returned for inspection before any reprinting is done. To the extent permitted by law Prolabworld excludes all implied warranties, and limits total liability for any claim whatsoever to the cost of the order. In no event will Prolabworld be liable for any consequential or other damage in excess of the order value. We ask you to carefully inspect your order on delivery. Prolabworld will not reprint any images that have been given to a third party by the customer, or in relation to which the customer has not notified a problem by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Images Supplied to Prolab World
Prolab World reserves the right to reject images we deem unfit to produce satisfactory prints.
Prolab World reserves the right to reject any image which, in the opinion of Prolab World, is of a pornographic or otherwise inappropriate nature. In sending digital files to Prolab World you are declaring you are the copyright owner or have full permission for those images to be printed onto a display media.
Disputes
By ordering from Prolab World you agree that the law applying to your contract with L'attitude Creative Pty Ltd trading as Prolab World is the law applying in the State of New South Wales, Australia, and that any disputes are to be dealt with by the Courts exercising jurisdiction in that State.
